Terms of Service
The ground rules for using this site and requesting an estimate.
Last updated August 2026.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any estimate request you submit through it. By using the site you agree to them. They do not replace the written contract for any work we perform — that agreement governs the project itself.
Estimates and quotes
Any figure shown or discussed before a site visit is an indication, not a binding quote. Firm pricing is only provided in a written estimate following an on-site assessment, because base condition, access, drainage, and soil all materially affect cost and none of them can be assessed reliably from a description or photograph.
Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Scope changes requested after work begins may affect price and schedule, and any change will be agreed with you before it's carried out.
Website content
The educational content on this site — guides, service explanations, and maintenance advice — is general information about concrete construction. It is not a substitute for a professional assessment of your specific property, and it is not engineering advice.
Structural work requires drawings prepared by a licensed engineer for your building, soil report, and local code requirements. Nothing on this site should be relied on in place of that.
Project photography
Images on this site illustrate finish types, material options, and the general standard of work. Where an image is representative rather than a photograph of one of our completed projects, it is used to communicate a finish or style, not to claim a specific job as our own.
Scheduling and weather
Concrete work depends on ground and weather conditions. We may need to reschedule a pour where rain, saturated ground, or extreme heat would compromise the quality of the finished slab. We'll always tell you why and rebook as soon as conditions allow.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability relating to construction work is governed by the written contract for that project and by applicable California law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
